Spicy Potato Chips
This spice mixture is the perfect combination of salty and spicy with a little hit of cheese from the nutritional yeast. They’re seriously addictive, especially with a martini.
Time — 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 bag Cape Cod (or your favorite) potato chips, regular size
3 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp red chili flakes
Kosher salt, to taste
Method
In a spice grinder or coffee grinder, add nutritional yeast and red chili flakes and blitz until it becomes a fine powder. If your chips are not overly salty, add a pinch or two of salt to the spice mixture and blitz to combine.
In a large bowl, pour 1/4 of the bag and sprinkle 1/4 of the spice mixture being sure to distribute as evenly as possible. Repeat until all the spice mixture and chips used.
